Xero

  •  sharing data with your advisor is effortless
  •  Xero’s hundreds of add-ons will integrate other business functions like POS, stock management, e-commerce, time & billing, reporting and much more
  •  Bankfeeds are available to severely cut down the data entry and typing errors
  •  payroll is included in the standard version
  •  Xero has some great invoicing features like setting up recurring invoices, invoicing tracking and more

Quickbooks Online

  •  Another 100% cloud based application which can be accessed from any device in any location (where you have internet access)

  •  payroll is included in all versions

MYOB Essentials

  •  Essentials (formerly LiveAccounts) is 100% cloud based which means no software updates to load and access to your data from any device in any location (where you have internet access)
  •  your data is backed up for you
  •  sharing data with your advisor is effortless
  •  Bankfeeds are available to severely cut down the data entry and typing errors

MYOB AccountRight Live

  •  AccountRight Live is based on the old MYOB many of us grew up with so it will seem very familar
  •  AccountRight Live is a hybrid package in that it requires the program to be loaded on a computer yet the data is stored in the cloud
  •  where internet access may not be available you have the option to work offline (download you data and work off your computer)
  •  your data is backed up for you
  •  sharing data with your advisor is effortless
  •  Bankfeeds are available to severely cut down the data entry and typing errors
  •  There are several versions available based on the modules that you need
  •  For those that don’t require bankfeeds or have access to the internet then the desktop only option is still available from selected vendors

Reckon

  •  Reckon is a trusted business that now brands its own software (was formerly Quicken and Quickbooks)
  •  Reckon has identified several different user groups and offers few different options based on their needs
  •  Reckon One is a low cost online accounting solution
  •  Reckon Hosted for access over the internet on multiple devices for those needing payroll, inventory & reporting
  •  There is also Reckon Accounting; Plus and Home & Business aimed at the differing needs of small businesses

Cashflow Manager

  • Cashflow Manager is an easy to use desktop accounting solution
  • Essentially it is an electronic cashbook which makes it simple to use and very well priced

AgriMaster

  • AgriMaster is a desktop based cashbook for farmers
  • It’s strength is the planning and budgetting functions that are built into the package
